Horrible place and attitude , I came to pick up my tests on a regular Wednesday @ 4:45 PM , the front entry gates were rolled down, doors were shut , it reads on the web that the only close at 6 pm on a regular weekday , it wasn’t even 5 o’clock when I arrived I called and they picked up the phone multiple times and they just put me on hold for 10-15 min. I saw thru the glass windows that the receptionist was sitting at the front desk with the rolled down front gates and closed doors , she was ignorant. I finally managed to get thru the ph and explained to her the urgency of getting my mri copies and that I waited 2 months for a doc appointment that was schedule for the following Thursday morning and that I’ll need to wait another 2 months or more to see my specialist if o need to reschedule. She couldn’t care less. I had to cancel my appointment indeed and reschedule. In addition I had to spend another visit to the office and waste another half hour waiting for my copies that’s besides the time I needed to spend making my trip to their office again. I’m furious with the way and the carelesnnes they behaved I’ll never go back to that place or recommend this place.
I will start by saying that if you need to do a sonogram find another place to do it. Yesterday I came with my sister to do a sonogram. We were told she could not eat for 6 hours before the exam and to drink 4 glasses water one hour before. We were told the exam would be at 3:30 pm . So were came early so she could drink the 4 glasses of water just before the exam. The problem started when I asked one of the receptionists how many more people are before my sister . We were told one Pearson is inside and there is just one person before you. So we waited and waited no one called us . When it was 3:30 I asked again . Now we were told that there are two people before you and the person inside. So I said now is our time and you just changed the story and you called a Lady named Julie 3 time to go in and did not call my sister Judy. They apparently confused the charts . They also told us you came too early and then one of the receptionists started to raise her voice at me and lied saying we told you two people were before you. The receptionist was beyond rude and lied trying to cover for their mistake . It was now over 7 hours since my sister ate and she no longer could hold the water and needed to go to the bathroom which probably affected the results. The only good thing in all this was MaryAnn the technician who did the actual test she was good a pleasant. The receptionists said that Michelle the survivor was absent . She was also out today when I tried to call so I decided to put it down in writing. The owner needs to do something about his rude receptionist who raised her voice at me and lied . Beware of this place unless you want a lot of aggravation.
I don't recommend this office, the front desk is extremely rude. They are impatient and can't handle answering simple questions. They made it seem like I was being aggressive, by sarcastically asking if I was feeling ok. The whole vibe was passive aggressive for no reason.
started off well making the appointment, arrived early this morning to be barked at by a rude, ignorant receptionist, dirty filthy waiting area, dirty filthy offices, very old last century MRI machines, and MRI technician knocked me out with the alcohol smell on his breath... very importantly when they put me in the machine the technician didn't understand about placement of pillows/rests to stop you aching during a long MRI, very bad experience don't waste your time or your hard earned money with this amateurish, rude filthy dirty facility...horrible....... i'm sure the MRI results will be a disaster and waste of time also ... stay away be warned........ 25FEB24 update so after I posted what seems like a typical bad review for this diabolical sorry attempt at an MRI facility the so called owner replies not addressing anything I said in my review meaning the owner condones rudeness, a filthy dirty facility, rude and ignorant front desk staff and drunk technicians ...the owner has the audacity to reply in what sees like a drunk belligerent way Im going to report the facility..... Diagnostic and treatment centers need a certificate in New York State. This certificate is from the NYS Department of Health NYSDOH. Drunk operators must disqualify and warrant a revocation of a license lets see if they can hide from compliance and regulation
The front desk girls are very rude. My appointment was at 10:30 and theytold me to come at 10:15am, there was no parking until 11:00 so I asked if I could come at 10:45, they said no. But they did not call me till 11:00 am. Very un helpful A
Me and my family come here for all of our procedures and I can't say enough for the staff in here . They make you feel so comfortable which is what every patient needs. Front desk staff is amazing the technician are great they get their work done so professionally . The waiting time is short . I can't say enough to describe this place how great they are I can recommend it to anyone! They are the best of the best !
I have been going to Lerman Diagnostic Imaging for many years for many different kinds of tests. I have found them to be dependable, very nice to deal with, and professional, and I always highly recommend them. The people who work there are very nice, especially Mary Lou DiForte Crapanzano who does my sonograms and is one of the nicest and smartest medical professionals I have ever met. I always request Mary Lou for my sonograms, and one of the reasons I go to Lerman Diagnostics is because of her. After my tests, the reports are done very quickly and I can even get a copy of them on e-mail. Lerman keeps all of my prior tests for comparisons too. Thanks to Lerman Diagnostic Imagining and Mary Lou DiForte Crapanzano for being there for me for so many years. They are the BEST!
If I could give this place a zero, I would. Get your tests done in a nicer place, anywhere but here! The staff here was rude to my elderly mom. Aside from having her wait for over 2 hours for her appointment, sitting in a stuffy room with a mask... After the test, she was feeling a bit dizzy and was getting up slowly. That bothered the staff member who told her to hurry up and move faster. When my mom asked for some help, the staff member said no, with a mean attitude. I went there to pick up the results of the test an actual CD and the secretary asked me to sign in and wait. I said "sure, and about how long might the wait be?" She said very sternly, "Just sit down and wait!" Get your tests done in a more friendly and professional environment!
Staff is extremely rude, they don't allow patients to come with a companion even though the patient needs assistance. Patients are nervous when they are getting MRI’s, x-rays, or anything else. They throw spouses out of the office in a very nasty way. They treat you like you owe them while they are getting paid for each and every scan or service they do. I do not recommend this place at all. Their front desk staff are extremely nasty and not welcoming. I have never experienced such attitude in any other office. For your reference the patient was my spouse not myself. And i am a manager at a very large and popular clinic that refers 1000s of patients for these services. I will personally make sure not a single patient gets sent to this place!!!
*** Editing this review from 1 to 4 stars because one of the owners did reach out to me and apologized. He explained the error and ways to mediate for our next appointment. However, my mother has decided not to go back. — I accompany my mom for her checkups here every two years. They asked us to come 20 minutes early. Which we did. We signed in and were then asked to take a seat. 40 minutes later they call me while we are still waiting and ask if we will be making it to our appointment. They had completely forgotten about us. When I go up to the desk to show them that we were in-fact here, instead of apologizing the secretary was very rude and told me in a matter of fact tone that I should have stood up to check why they were taking so long. When the office manager crossed by the secretary got defensive and started blaming us again. After they finally saw my mother and speaking to the technician we came back up stairs where I asked to see the office manager or business manager. She told me both had gone home for the day. Overall the technicians were friendly, the receptionists were very rude and I don’t think I or my mother will be back here. I am happy I was there to help my mother or else they would have walked all over her. Tips for the secretary: Everyone makes mistakes a simple apology would have gone a lot further than gaslighting. It cost nothing to be nice.
