I am trying to make an appointment for my Dad and I have been on hold for over 60 minutes now listening to a recording. This place has become a total disgrace from what it used to be. Go elsewhere!

Over 5 minutes waiting on the phone and no one has picked up the phone yet. I stand corrected over 10 minutes now. This is normal for this facility, unbelievable .

I called around 7:35pm to check on my sister appointment the operator said to me if this is the time I want to do this then ask for my sis DOB. When I tried to get a word in she put me on hold and never came back I can't believe these people with attitude.

Completely agree with previous review that 71st and 13th Avenue is the worst place I had ever been and the girls behind the desk are VERY NASTY. Meneger at the front desk yelled at me and threw my drivers license back to my face. This place is disgusting and not organized.
