Nice waiting room, not crowded. One of the receptionists called me over as soon as I walked in. She was very polite and friendly. She noticed that my birthday was tomorrow and she wished me a happy one. She explained the simple paperwork and best of all, returned my driver's license ID and insurance card immediately a big worry on my part when some places send you to sit down without them. My appointment was on time - a huge plus. The technician was very informative and polite. My clothes were kept in a locker that I could set the password to open - what could be better.

It was very quiet there and I saw them cleaning the waiting room while I was in it. I got in pretty quickly and the technician was very friendly. I was very happy with everything except finding parking, but that's not their fault, so I still give them 5 stars.

Wait time could have been shorter but not terrible. Other than that, everything was fine. The young lady who administered the procedure was very professional, personable and helpful. All in all, the experience was made as comfortable as can be expected.

My first time as a patient and the service was exceptional. The registration process was quick, the medical receptionist and the tech were very thorough in what the medical procedure entailed which settled my nerves and felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Appointment was scheduled for 12pm was done by 1:15pm. Will surely recommend.

They were very clean and efficient. My father has very poor veins and it wasn't easy for them to find a vein for his iv. They took their time and were very patient with him and we were very happy. Thank you

I enjoyed the experience very much at this location. The Clerk as well as the Technicians were very pleasant to speak with and accommodating per my needs. The "MRI" procedure I needed was done with the utmost swift care and consideration by the qualified technician. I'm quite satisfied that i selected this location for my needs. GOD-BLESS Them All. I actually gave them 4 star in the first, but after this situationt i keep it one star as supposed to be negative star!!. By the way I did kidney test, then they supposed to send my result to my doctor via fax or any as they mentioned that, then after I met my doctor he said that he didn't get any results from them!!.. then i sent email about to verify it attached, but unfortunately nobody response, then I called them today to figure it out, during the talking we were talking hardly via phone, then they closed on me the line and even they didn't try to recall me back, then I recalled them again and I think all of you know about the dirty work that i got another person to speak to her then she said please tell me again whats happen!??! ..Really it's a terrible!!! And so bad service after or even to take care from their pateint!!. "Hey if what I said wrong please say that here !!"

The gentleman who did my MRI this morning was so gentle and so caring. And took the time to keep checking on me. He was awesome !!! Made me feel comfortable as soon as we started talking. He was GREAT !!! THANK YOU !!!

Great customer service! The staff was very pleasant and friendly. They keep you informed if you have to wait. They actually value your time. I would definitely use the 49th street location again.

I don't think the 5 star reviews are real, I called twice to make an appointment, I was told there's no need for appointment, walk ins are ok, so I went there and they told me I must have appointment to do my ultrasound, and I told them everything, guess what, the lady shrugs her shoulder, says it wasn't them who answered the phone. Really ? Very unprofessional, I wouldn't recommend coming here for any test.
