Les Schwab Tire Center

The rating system needs a LOT more stars to effectively rate this business! On a recent trip to Salmon, we blew out the sidewall of the right front 19" tire on our Ford Escape while exploring and limped back in to town on the donut spare. A call to this store ensued en route, and they were ready and waiting for us. They had a similar enough size used tire of a different brand, mounted and balanced it, rotated all, topped off the air on the donut to enable us to home to our hometown safely the following day, all w/ a smile They then arranged to have us return the used tire they provided us to them via Les Schwab courier from our hometown 200+ miles away after we got home and got a replacement tire from our original non-Les Schwab affiliated dealer through our road side hazard warranty. They did all of this FREE OF CHARGE as a courtesy! That, folks, is GREAT SERVICE!!! I will remember this incredibly positive experience always when buying tires in the future! Major kudos to the wonderful staff of this terrific Les Schwab affiliate. I cannot recommend them strongly enough!!!

Kris went so far above and beyond any obligations that he may have had. We were stranded in the mountains with a flat and two littlw girls, and he came and put a new tire on right there then opened his shop at 7:30 pm on a Saturday to replace the other tires. Not enough good things to say about the experience. Thank you so much.

Came in from out of town to get a tire fixed, the store is amazing and the staff is really nice. They got us in and out really fast. Thanks.

Such nice people! I have a new car that came with tires that were not purchased at Les Schwab and yet when I took it in today with a low tire to have them check it out they were nothing short of fantastic! The owner was at the front desk and even though there were two cars in the garage and plenty of people in the waiting room he told me to drive my car up and someone would look at it right away. I didn't wait more than 1 minute before he was out there himself going above and beyond to make sure my tires were safe and inspect them for sharp objects, all free of charge. He told me if it happened again to bring it back in and they would fix it right away! Kindness goes a long way in this world and great customer service should be recognized when it exceeds expectations! Kudos!

My son and I were in Salmon for a vacation, and we had a flat tire but needed to get out of town to get to our next destination. The hotel recommended Les Schwab, so I called them. Within the hour they sent a truck to the hotel to inflate my tire, I followed the truck back to the store where they had a bay waiting and they immediately repaired the flat. When done, on top of taking care of us extremely fast, they told me there would be no charge. That is FABULOUS customer service, and I don't even live there. If you do, or are passing through, use these guys, their attitudes and service are really great.
