The employees at Les Schwab on 1/3/2022 were so helpful to me and my family when we got a flat on the freeway from debris that struck our tire! They helped us get new tires and quickly got us on our way as we had a long drive back to Utah that day! They provided excellent service, were extremely kind and made our stressful experience a positive one in the end. Would recommend this location to anyone local or passing through!

I went to Les Schwab just to price some wheels for my car. I ended up being helped by a guy by the name of Justin. This guy was so helpful and passionate about the products that he sold that I ended up purchasing tires and wheels. I later found out that Justin was the Store Manager. I just want to say "THANK YOU". The company that you work for is lucky to have a good employee that cares about how every customer is treated.

I had an awesome experience. I bought tires from American tire depot, they didn’t do a good job balancing my tires. They tried to tell me it was my steering gear box that was causing a vibration while driving. I brought the truck to Les Schwab in Ontario and they did an amazing job. No vibrations, no shakes, totally smooth driving down the freeway. Highly recommend this shop, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and takes pride in their work. I Was sent home assured that the car was in good standing, but the noise was really bad, so I returned to ventura and did my own inspection and servicing. The brakes were wearing unevenly due to the calipers sticking and major rust buildup on the rotors. See picrures My Overall experience at Les Schwab shops have been good, so I feel this experience was a fluke. I took my car in because of the grinding noise and asked for an Inspection since it had been a while. They were very busy this day, but I am still confused how the technician could shrug off the grinding noise as a stuck drum brake pad which sounds different. That, and technicians need to check both the inside and outside of brake pads for uneven wear. I just got unlucky this time with a rushed and overworked tech with less experience.

Quick, friendly, efficient and cheap. I was stuck in the area with a blown out tire... Between Costco, Americas tire co, and one other - they all said 4 hours for ONE tire change. These guys had me out of there in 40 mins, and roughly 30-40% less. Oh and they serve water/popcorn while you wait in their clean AC lobby.

Very nice gentlemen that work here. They explain everything in detail before the actual work is done. They are very professional, speak to everyone that comes in or waiting. I would recommend and come back.

My friend's car had a nail/was losing air pressure, we made it to this location at 4:40pm, and they still managed to fix it in 10 minutes, while not taking a pennie ! I will absolutely recommend these guys any day of the week.

I walked into this Les Schwab facility this morning without an appointment while traveling on the west coast on business. I needed new tires, alignment and an oil change. The team had me in and out within a reasonable amount of time. The entire crew was very professional, extremely helpful and kept me advised of the progress throughout my visit. Great job! Thanks. Cannot share enough how awesome these guys are- great tips and we will forever be Les Schwab customers. They get the job done quick and the process is smooth. I really appreciated Liam's advice to our family about rotating our tires and him taking the time to go over our warranty again with me. Keep up the great work.

I went in because I had a slow leak in a tire. Justin the Manager was real straight forward and said I honestly needed 2 new tires. I usually buy 4 tires at once. Justin said 2 were still very good. They now have a lifetime customer because someone else would’ve told me I need 4 new tires. I was in n out under 45 minutes. Im one satisfied customer. Everyone was GREAT
