Liberty House Restaurant

I came here for a wedding and the service and food were fantastic! Their reception selection was very diverse and the main course didn't disappoint. Steak cooked as order and so well prepared! ( I had a steak and my fiance had fish-both very good). The views of NY skyline are a huge bonus! Be prepared to take amazing photos!

We went to a wedding here and it couldn’t have been more gorgeous! The staff was attentive, views were incredible, and the cocktail hour is one of the best we’ve been to at a wedding. If that’s any indication of the restaurant, I’d say that’s probably great, as well. They definitely have lots of parking, a large area with life size chess for kiddos to run around, and a walking path with amazing views of Manhattan if you’re stuffed after visiting. Highly recommend!

We couldn’t be happier with The Liberty House! On April 20th we had our wedding ceremony and reception here; it was absolute magic. The views are phenomenal, food is superb, and most importantly the service is above and beyond expectation. Christina was our wedding planner for this venue and we couldn’t possibly put in words how helpful she was. From tastings, to linens, to 911 texts, she was immediate to respond and find a solution to help! Christina and her team made the planning process and day of completely stress free. They think of everything before it even crosses your mind. Brides, Christina does a great job getting to know you and what you like/ don’t like. She is so willing to help you with everything you need and honestly makes this venue worth every penny. We would highly recommend a wedding, event, or even dinner here! We will be recommending this to everyone we know as it sky rocketed above how perfect we thought our wedding could even be!

Located on the grounds of Liberty State Park in New Jersey, this restaurant gives breathtaking views across the Hudson of the beautiful skyline of New York City. The menu is a bit pricey and the portions are small. I had the red snapper over potatoes. Yes the presentation was great but dish lacked flavor. If you have a cake and they sliced it for you be prepared for $4 per slice to be slapped unto your bill. The service and ambiance was great.

A very popular venue for events but also a good restaurant space with tasty food. In fine weather get a table outside and enjoy the garden and the calm. The crab/avocado salad was delicious as was the rose sangria.
