I used this location several times many years ago and was always happy so I decided to try again. I went there on an evening sometime early April 2018 to get some brochures to begin my vacation search. I went back last Thursday, 5/24 in hopes of finally settling on a vacation destination. I asked for the lady who’d previously provided her business card and when the gentleman called out to her she barely turned around and waved him on to assist me. I met with the travel consultant and expressed my travel wishes. He provided me with a quote ($4,000) which was out of my budget. I told provided other resorts and said I’d be wiliing to reduce the number of nights to get within my budget. I left and went home and sent him a follow up email. It is a week later, 5/31 and I have not received a call or a reply to my email. I guess my $3,000-$3,500 wasn’t enough for him. I don’t chase anyone for my business so I booked a cruise directly with the cruise line for 2 on Carnival’s new ship Horizon leaving in the end of June and came in slightly under my budget. Will never go to this location of Liberty Travrel again.

Not inviting and the woman was insulting and not helpful. Don't go to this location.

My first trip to this office was to find out they were closed well before their advertised time. Now I am sitting out front at 10 am and they were supposed to have opened at 9:30am. After paying and reviewing my itinerary come to find out they shorted my hotel stay a day. So my flight leaves on July 9th and they have me leaving the hotel on the 8th with transportation. Now in order to fix this problem will cost me an extra $402 for 1 extra night. It is now June 27th and when my wife went to pick up the final paperwork before we leave July 2nd for Disney we find out that they had never scheduled our Universal trip even though everything has been paid for in full. It also takes 24 hours for them to complete the process and hopefully there is no further complications when we leave in 5 days. Highly doubtful at this rate.

Terrible experience. Travel agents unprofessional. Lost a payment n had to get back to me a few hours later after I showed my reciept.
