Lids

I have been calling since 1030 am and they say they open at 10am. No one has answered their phone in an hour and a half . I just needed to know if they have a hat in stock that they show online . If they did have it I was going to purchase it today, but apparently I have to take my business elsewear. Sorry lids , I have been a customer for awhile but lately it seems like this store is really lacking in customer service. I have purchased a lot of quality goods from you guys and i Hate to see it end but may another store will be willing to give a lil more effort into their customer service.

I really can't say much other than lids opens at 10am and I am still waiting for the employee to open the door for us. There is 2 customers waiting already. Just FYI it's 11am
