Rude staff...Manager was disrespectful to another staff member. Will never buy from this shop...left my hats on the counter and walked. Customer service and interaction was pathetic!!

Men's and women's hats. Have good sales and prices but their snapback selection is weak.

Terrible customer service.. called and asked for my hat that was "supposedly" delivered today and they said it was not there went down to the store to ask again and the lady up front didn't even want to double check the back room. I called ups they said it was delivered I called lids customer service they said it was delivered??? Well I guess someone got lucky with a free hat that was supposed to be a birthday gift.. I am not renewing my member ship and will be shopping at hatclub from now on.
