I went here to just get a quote from them and go to other storage places and get quotes. I ended up joking around and having a good time with them and the price wasn’t too bad at all and it’s close to my house. I’d recommend using them!
I never post reviews for companies or businesses but Trina Hunter, Store Manager is always AMAZING! She is kind, professional, and knowledgeable in all things Storage. This location has exceeded my expectations and values my business. Keep up the great work Life Storage/Extra Space!
There was nobody in the office. My email said there would be a lock in my unit, there wasnt. I called 2 phone numbers I found and nobody returned my call. I had to go to Lowes to buy my own lock nstead of having the unit unsecured or having to take everything back home.
Great customer service, clean, very informative, very understanding. Recommend 10/10 would definitely rent again!!!
The customer service here is top tier!! After being frustrated because the office closed early Ms. Commotrina Hunter, the store manager, gave me a call in the morning, apologized for the early closing, and made things right. Everything was set up perfectly, and I was able to figure out how to get to my unit without any difficulty whatsoever. Will be encouraging my friends and family to rent with them for affordable prices and quality care.
The application process was extensive and a little confusioning. And somehow I ended up getting charged twice off my card. But the staff was friendly

Easy place to rent a space. Three different staff persons assisted me. I don't plan to leave this rental space any time soon!
