Julia is one of the most pleasurable people I have had the experience of doing business with. After we lost everything in Hurricane Ian in Sept 22 in Fort Myers Florida we decided to make a move to the area. Upon arriving in the area we found this storage location walked in and was immediately greeted by the ever pleasant Mrs. Julia, who represents the epitome of South hospitality. Well versed in her job and customer service. Helpful would be an understatement she was more than eager to help and presented herself with a love for her job. Respectful and courteous she made sure we understood all our options and even steered us in the correct directions for temporary trailer storage. The facilities looked to be very secured, well lit with a coded entry gate. The grounds was very well maintained. Easy and direct access to our unit, between the hours of 6am to 9pm. Unit was very clean door worked with ease. They provide a lock included in the fee for unit rental. Prices are very reasonable. All in all i am very very satisfied with my decision to store what was left of our life with this lifestorage location.

Ms. Julia on Parklane is absolutely amazing. I’ve rented on several occasions from 2009 when it was Uncle Bobs and for every time that I’ve ever needed anything she has been absolutely amazing. 100%.Customer friendly and an absolute pleasure to have as the manager.

I'm giving a five-star review to one of the best worker there Mrs .Julia She's always treated me with a warm welcome every time I enter her facility....She have a Platinum personality which would make u feel like you at home when you around her environment..... So I refer anyone who's close to Columbia area around Park Lane this is a safe environment also she does watch the security camera for your protection!!

Phenomenal customer service. Mrs. Julia is always so sweet spoken and professional. The facility is always clean and offers great rates. I wouldn't think twice about storing my belongs at any other storage facility. They get a definite A+ in my book.

Ms. Julia Miller exhibits profound customer service and extends professional courtesy beyond other managers at other storage facilities. I recommend Life Storage on Parklane Rd Columbia SC. Clean, safe units as well. One time I even left my unit exposed on accident and her proactive efforts kept my packages secure! Forever vigilant and positive, 100% satisfied!!

Julia deserves a raise. This is not my location but she was willing to assist me with making an payment. She listen to my concerns and aggravation with the Two Notch rd location near Spring Valley. She was so nice and patient with me. Julia thank you so much for your outstanding customer service! I truly wish they had climate control because I would switch so fast!
