It was quick and easy to get a unit, they gave me an invoice every month reminding me of my payment being due. They were also very friendly and helpful when I needed to vacate my unit. I’d personally recommend. I haven’t had any issues.

I have been with Prime for a long time and there has not been a Manager at Prime who cares about the Customers as Brian. He always goes out of his way to speak and make sure my experience with Prime is Great. Brian deserves to be recognized for all the attention he gives to all of his Customer.

Nice storage. Secured and easy to access. Customer service is nice and friendly. Very clean and well kept.

The customer service I have received at prime storage from Brian and Tyrell is outstanding. They work hard to make sure all customer are taken care of, even sometimes going out of their way to help.

Brian is Extremely Knowledgeable about his job. I was not even going to rent a Storage Unit from Prime. I had already Secured a reservation with another company and Brian was so Intune to his job that he had me call the other company and cancel and rent with Prime.

The customer service at Prime Storage is absolutely the best. I didn’t know what size storage I needed and the lady at the front desk help me determine exactly what I needed. She went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. I highly recommend this storage location
