Michael is a great personal trainer. I went to see him to help my back and he has done more in a few months than a bunch of other things that I tried. He is flexible with his time and just a great guy to talk to. They really make you feel like family there.

Really love the spin classes here! You wear heart rate monitors and the bike screens show resistance/RPM so it's easy to tell how hard/fast you need to be riding. Music is always top notch as well. Jenny has great energy to keep you motivated during your ride.
