Pedal Pedal Cycling Studio

Great studio! An experienced staff who tailors the class directly to what the class needs and is more than willing to help riders of all levels. They have a water refill machine and towels as well as water bottles for those who don’t have. Feels very much like a neighborhood studio, where the staff knows your name!

I have been going to Pedal Pedal for a few months now, and it's one of the best spin studios I have ever been to. It's always very clean, and it's a super encouraging and supportive atmosphere. The instructors have always asked my name if I am new the class, which I love. They provide towels and have a water machine to fill your water bottles up with. They also have a nice sink area where you can wash your hands after class. The bikes have a computer attached that tracks your RPM, calories burned, power level, and resistance and the instructors tell you ideal ranges to be in. Highly recommend this studio!

Fun and always a good workout! My favorite class is the Happy Hour Spin on Thursdays. Best part is afterward walking around the corner to Frida's Deli for half-off appetizers and drink specials.

Pedal Pedal is my favorite fitness studio in St. Louis! The team is incredibly personable and skilled and the studio is very modern and clean. Pedal Pedal was the start of my fitness journey this past year. As a bigger bodied person, I found most gyms/studios intimidating and uncomfortable; and after one visit would rarely come back. Indoor cycling was the perfect gateway exercise to me - one where my body wasnt on display and I felt strong and challenged even in the first class while at my own pace. On top of the perfect exercise, the staff is what keeps me coming back. I love Natasha, Sarah, and Alex. I leave their classes drenched in sweat and cant wait for the next time! I highly recommend Pedal Pedal and am excited for their yoga/barre expansion next door soon!

Great atmosphere. I'm a complete beginner and the instructor made sure I was positioned properly. She did a great job talking everyone through the ride, where your RPM should be as well as your resistance. For a newbie that was extremely helpful.
