A great little spin place with a diverse and motivating instruction staff. The garage in which all spin classes occur is a unique and awesome experience. On pretty days they open the doors and when they don't they keep the lights low and the fans going strong. I found it easy to focus and push myself in this environment. They also offer yoga classes which I found to be much less formal (talking during class is not shunned) and mind-body focused and more a great post-spin stretch (as with the spin/yoga class) or challenging/hands-on teacher/fast-paced like the power yoga class. Will be returning through classpass to keep myself sane waiting for it to be cycling season again!

Worst gym experience ever! We signed up for a class well in advance and when we arrived we learned they had let 10 people into the class that were NOT signed up. 8 of us stood in the hall while the front desk girl tried to figure out what to do. Needless to say it was a mess and we told her we would leave since it was not 15 minutes into the class and they still didn't have enough bikes. We were told we would get an email crediting our ClassPass but we never received it.
