Crystal was extremely professional. Initial evaluation focused on level of hearing loss. Only after taking steps cleaning ears and current hearing aids did she evaluate. After, provided a very positive alternative. I fully believe her focus to be on what serves me best.

Always a pleasant and productive visit. Chris is so gentle with my 90 year old mom. She loves him!

UPDATE: I have to recant my earlier review! My apologies to the people who made any decisions based on the earlier review! I have had nothing but but problems with my right hearing aid. It has been at Livingston’s more than it’s been at my house. Or it’s in the box waiting to go back! I have told repeatedly it’s ear wax causing the hearing aid to stop working. I have never had a problem with ear wax and the left hearing aid has not had a problem. So I am saving my money to go buy a new pair but BELIEVE ME IT WILL NOT BE FROM LIVINGSTON HEARING AID CENTER!!!

Ms Martinez was very professional and gave me all the information to get started. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. Now, I am looking forward to hearing better.

I went in this morning to have a receiver replaced, the nice young lady had me in and out in like 5 minutes! She was amazing and quick. Thank you Livingston!

The staff at Livingston are always professional, friendly and very helpful. This has been my first experience with hearing aids and they have been very patient in helping me learn how to use them optimally and helped me work thru every minor issue. I recommend them highly.

My hearing aid quit on me while I was driving to Albuquerque. I called and the young lady said to stop in. It took about ten minutes, but she replaced a part and cleaned both hearing aids.
