Worth Hearing Center

Everyone is helpful and friendly. I knew I needed hearing aids, but I really didn’t know much about them beyond what I had seen my mother deal with. Kevin asked about what I specifically needed hearing aids to do, and then suggested what he thought would work well for me. My hearing aids can be controlled by my phone. Phone calls can be routed through the hearing aids, as can music on my phone. They are rechargeable at night with their own charging station-no batteries to change! Using my phone, I can change the direction from which the hearing aids pick up the most sound. There is even a setting for when you are listening to someone wearing a mask. I couldn’t be more pleased with the hearing aids recommended for me by Kevin and Worth Hearing Center.

My routine appointment with Laura was very good. She addressed all my questions and promptly completed the check-up and cleaning of my hearing aids. I highly recommend Worth Hearing Center for hearing services.

My visit is quite mixed. There was some confusion re: the insurance coverage. I was told by my insurance benefits representative That I owed no copay, but was corrected by your employee that I did. Not sure what the difference is. I would like to give some very high praise for Laura, she was most considerate, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. In the same vain the young lady who I dealt with originally re: my insurance coverage was defensive, dismissive, rude, and abrupt. I did not get her name. She was short. If my employee she would be sent back to customer relations 101. The end.

I had a nice visit at Worth Hearing Center. at first I was a little nervous at first, not knowing what to expect when you called me back, but it wasn't as bad as I imagined at first. This evening when I got home and turned on the tv to watch the news, the audio sounded different and I could tell immediately when the sound was too loud and adjusted it accordingly. The audio difference? It was in my left ear that I could tell the difference. Thank you for everything and have a terrific weekend. The weatherman on KOAT SAYS to enjoy Friday and Saturday as Sunday isn't as conducive to outdoor activity.

Friendliest staff ever! Dr. Beau champ is so personable and compassionate. They are always on time and I am in and out quickly.

Was tough to get an appointment HOWEVER upon visit setup 2 months prior I learned why. The Worth team has a wonderful staff, very thorough specialist I was given and one that was willing to let me ask as many questions as needed about results of hearing test. Really great team.
