SoundChoice Hearing

I’ve known that I’ve had some form of hearing loss from listening to music too loud, going to concerts without hearing pro, and shooting without doubling up on hearing pro. They had a meet and greet at sports and wellness and found out that they had a free hearing exam so I figured now was the time. They were the best experience in the healthcare industry I’ve currently had. Walking in I noticed that they had a sign welcoming me with my name. The waiting room has snacks and drinks and the check in process was easy and fast. Chrissy did my hearing exam and she was extremely professional, articulate, and knowledgeable about hearing and the ears. She informed me a lot about my specific hearing loss and the treatment that I can do for it. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I’m glad I’m finally addressing my hearing issues with them.

My experience was great. Full exam, hearing evaluation and consult. I was shocked at the time spent and thorough explanation about my hearing...there were many solutions and options shared with me...I even tried an Aid and was amazed at the difference in clarity...I left with options. If they offered 10 stars for review I would give it to them. Ever since I took my 91 year old mother in over a year ago their service and employees have exceeded my expectations. Like I said it wasn't just the first visit I'm impressed with, but the continued service afterwards. You can't go wrong with them

Chrissy was great; knowledgable and helpful, even though I'm not one of their current clients. I'm traveling and one of my hearing aids went out. Chrissy stepped and was fabulous!

I was getting ready to go out of state for a few days, and realized that one of my hearing aids wasn't working correctly. I called Sound Choice and asked for an appointment. They were fully booked, but worked me in anyway. I went in, had a quick repair, and was able to go on my trip with perfect hearing! I look for and support companies that are locally run and that have excellent service, and Sound Choice has both. You won't go wrong with Damian and Chrissy. Five stars all the time! Debbie

Sound Choice scams you into buying an inferior product and will lie and tell you other hearing devices you have don't work when they do. They scammed my disabled mother out of a better product she had before, Lively, and bullied her into buying their product. Now my mom is basically deaf again and can't hear a thing and is impossible to talk to again. Do not waste your time and money here if you really want to hear!

Awesome customer service. Out of state far from my provider, they assisted w getting me back in the hearing world . I received great service and professional advice from Damian.
