I currently work for loffredo as a driver and was injured on my 1st day and then injured even further on my 3rd day. My immediate supervisor Matt was very helpful in this audition m situation but thats where it ends. My job didn't take my injury seriously even after I went to the hospital and told them and gave a doc report stating what I needed to do. They put me on light duty for over a month but still no results until I said something about workers comp. Even at this time I still was not taken serious about my injury until a doc they knew said I needed the help I stated a month ago. That was two weeks ago and the workers comp insurance tells me im still not on work comp but they starting the investigation now, but come to find out over the last two weeks I've been being paid like im on work comp. Today im going to see if this job will do right by me or will they continue to play me but either way I can't continue to work for a company that do not take injury serious to employees.

the rotten tomato at customer service is rude. She told me " has it occurred to you if you ring the bell and no one shows I'm on the phone." I said no since I have been standing here for 10 minutes and you can not see any person or tell if the buzzard is working. And you are the rudest person ..she than replied..(remind you I am the customer) YOUR RUDE ..Really was my reply ..what I wanted to say.. I didn't because in her case she is to stupid or plain doesn't appreciate that someone would hire her.Than they had the wrong items and she said I did not take your order...than strutted around the office taking her sweet time being a rotten customer service representative. Funny they have a sign that says attitude is like a flat tire you can't fix it until you change it. Well Loffredo's fix your flat tire. This is not the first time this has happen and I have since talked to others that deal with her and say the same thing,
