4 hours to unload $194 lumper fee and still no paperwork I live locally and won't be coming here again staff don't care about electronic logs and wasting my time

If you are unloading here get ready to get your wait on. Been there three times and averaged 3.5 hours. Make sure you have them write down the time you get there and time you depart. So you get proper detention time. Just sit in your truck and chill.

Seriously?!! I arrived on time for my appointment and it took them 45 minutes just to assign me a door, 3 hours to get me unloaded and an additional 4 hours just to my paper work back to me. They clearly don't care about drivers getting in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Oh, and no overnight parking either. Thank you Sysco for the log violation!

The rudest and most inconsiderate delivery drivers in the metro! I've observed Sysco branded trucks and vans obstructing traffic lanes during rush hour, blocking sidewalks, and causing handicapped people to be forced to go out into the street in order to pass by. They've nearly caused countless wrecks by forcing traffic to go into oncoming lanes while they block the road to make a delivery. Calls in to their director of transportation have seemingly fallen on deaf ears, as the behaviors listed above continue to occur in downtown Des Moines. If you see things like the above occurring, don't waste time calling their offices...just call the police and report it so they get penalized. This is a prime example of a company with piss-poor ethics and no consideration for anyone else but themselves.
