LOFT

This store is one of the best I have been to! It's clean and bright. They write your name on a sign hanging on the dressing room door. So cute! But the best part is the staff. Hannah and Antwan saved my entire evening! I asked if they could steam a shirt for me as a favor. I was in town for a conference. I bought a white shirt and I had an important reception to attend. I don't trust hotel irons. Antwan didn't hesitate to offer and Hannah jumped in to set evening up. She did a fantastic job! She even put it on a hangar so it wouldn't wrinkle on my way back to the hotel! Please give these two a raise!

I love loft. Great clothes, great styles. I'm usually unwhelmed by the clothes online but once I go in the store, I adore almost everything. The employees are usually very helpful and I've had several great experiences with the managers. They definitely seem to promote the cream of the crop.

I frequently shop at Loft stores and visited Loft Lenox Square Mall twice while visiting Buckhead Atlanta. By far I had the best customer service experience that I have ever had at a Loft store thanks to Lacey and Johnny. They were both friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely return whenever I am in town and highly recommend.
