I have been buying auto parts at this junkyard for several years, but I don’t understand what has happened recently, why such an attitude towards customers? First, where did you get these prices from? Do you have panda skin parts? secondly, why has it become such a poor customer focus? Previously, they tried to help, find the right spare part ... .. ok, a lot of words, over the years it only gets worse.

So I had a friend call for a Window. Told me it was 500. When I get there the guy I speak to say 500 is too much. I'll charge you 250. I say thank you and sit down. While waiting for my part to come, I witnessed how rude certain staff was. Quick to tell customers they get there money back and leave, they can get it elsewhere etc etc. When my part comes some guy come talking loud asking didn't I tell you 500 on the phone. I stated to him that he had spoken with my friend. Also stated to him that I told the service guy I spoke to the 500 amount I was told by my friend, and he had decided it was to much. I paid what he originally asked, but the loudness and rudeness makes them a 2 star in my book. That only bc that had my part. If I can find a part elsewhere, I definitely will.

Professional, courteous., Friendly and above all, always, always available parts at reasonable pricing. they take their time and help me with parts and advise to restore my SL500 back to a beautiful ride AGAIN.

Fair prices and good parts. Very helpful staff. Had parts for my 335i and also for my porsche cayenne. Seems like they have a great inventory of foreign parts. Mike was very helpful.

I've called several times, 4 days in a row. I've been trying to order a Sun visor for a Maserati. Every time I speak with someone to see if they can verify if they have the part and they claim that they will check and call back. Never got one call back. Absolute waste of time and a joke for customer service. Thanks for no help.

Terrible customer service & higher prices than all competitors. I identified myself and my company when I called but I was told "we don't have time for that" when I asked them to verify the part number printed on the part they're selling before purchase. If they treat commercial customers this way I can't imagine how badly they treat the public when they ask normal questions. Plus their quoted price was nearly 50% higher than all of their competitors. Don't bother with this place, apparently they're "too busy" to actually sell any parts.

Amazing company! I've been buying parts for local and overseas business from Ray since 2019. He has never let me down, always available with best price ever! I 100% recommend this place for auto parts!

Be careful with this business. I purchased a transmission from them and they promised to pickup the core. Two months and several emails and calls later, they have blown it off and it is clear they have no intention of picking up the core and returning the core credit as they had agreed.

Came in and was blown away with their European selections, no need to shop around, this is your one stop shop, I dealt with Jose and he got me in and out and knew his stuff ,definitely recommend it!

Purchased a rim for Range Rover. Jose was excellent on phone. He also said he would match price, but did even better when I got there. He beat the price. Thanks for top of the professional sales, product, and service.
