I really like this place every time I go there to get parts they always have it and good prices wish is the best part and they are friendly.

A lot of different parts. Well organized. Staff is extremely knowledgeable

I went here for convenience. Bought one fitting and two bulbs. The older white guy said"oh, it is the right fitting" even though it wasn't. Had to make another trip only to find out that they don't have that fitting. Next time I will wait the lines at the more popular truck parts

Went in to buy a part , the gear box . They said they cant sell parts they only sell the whole front engine together . this is per the older guy in the office. The other 2 guys were ready to sell and had to get his permission I guess he is the manager. I don't know if it is his personal dislikes of certain people. But that does not look good on a buisness.

The guy that I spoke to in parts 10/24/19 has very poor customer service over the phone I called in for an air bag and they had it in stock, so I asked the price which was $68 and I said that the same one was online for less and the salesman told me to buy it online and hung up on me. I was not even rude, the only reason I said that was to attempt to get a price match. To be honest I have done business with USA for years and have never had this problem of rudeness, it’s probably someone that’s unhappy with himself and his job and just making it bad for the company! For all people that don’t like their jobs, just quit why don’t you and be miserable by yourself...lol.

I asked to use the restroom and owner sent me outside to use restroom ON the building next door. VERY WRONG TO SEND CUSTOMERS TO USE BATHROOM ON NEIGHBORING BUILDINGS. ESPECIALLY THAT SIGN SAYS SMILE YOU'RE ON CAMERA. Never going back as a customer.

We needed to purchase securiments for one of our Flatbed trailers. Kashif was so helpful to us, with selecting the right kind. He even took the time to call near by places for the items that they were out of for us. And at the end, he gave us a good discount. I would definitely recommend this shop for any Semi related parts and securiments.
