LongHorn Steakhouse

This is one of the best steakhouses there is. Wait staff is really doing their job, you have refills before you even ask (non-alcoholic if course). There is a little bit of a wait sometimes. You can always call ahead. Prices are a little high but it is worth every penny. I hope this helps with any questions.

Apparently they have a seasoning they put on the steaks that has cayenne pepper in it and is very spicy (I had to google what was in it as I couldn't find it on the menu). That is great for people who like spicy food but since neither myself nor my mother can have spicy food we were unable to eat our steaks. My mother had heartburn within 2 bites because there was so much on the steak even after wiping the steak with a napkin ( First bite- Whoa! That's hot! *Wipes off steak* Second bite- Nope, can't eat it). We were not told about the seasoning and it was not described in the menu as being spicy. The manager offered to make new steaks but we did not have time after the wait for the first ones (which were cooked right and looked delicious). She didn't charge us for our potatoes, which we did eat and were very good. She apologized and offered us new food multiple times as did the waitress. I appreciate their attempt but between the spicy seasoning and the fact that you only get one side with the steak I won't be going to this chain again.

15340 Hall Rd. Been a while if you want to feel like royalty stop here. Today Stephanie delivered top quality service and food as I ordered. This place is always clean. Check out the pics I posted. I enjoyed that the 4 ladies that work there work well together and seem to enjoy each other tells a story in it self. Treat yourself prime food at a decent price.

Service was great ,quick and efficient. Get the Sirloin and Grilled Shrimp combo. It's a great deal at 17.99,and you get a 6 oz steak and 2 skewers of shrimp ,plus sides. And the Berry Sangria ? A definite do !

Best steak Around. I had the outlaw with mac and cheese. Layla was my server did an amazing job very attentive. Johnny was the manager on duty found out that it was my first time and bought me and my wife dessert! Apple gold rush to die for!!!! Definitely will be back !!! Best customer service I've had in a long time !!!
