Texas Roadhouse

Wonderful as always. Never had a bad experience here. Food is amazing. Favorite are the house made mashed potatoes and house made ranch. Love the veg plate where I can pick 4 sides instead of a main course. Husband was disappointed the recipe for the breading on the chicken tenders changed. Definitely wasn't fluffy/airy as usual. Still great food and fast & friendly service though.

This location always great. After some months got the chicken critters again and the recipe completely different. The breading is nothing like it was. Tecture and taste is that of store bought frozen now. What happened? I expected greatness and now it's just bland, generic, and same as everyone else. Seriously, someone advise to the change.

We went last nite. Wonderful steaks. We're seated right away but we went at 4pm. Rolls are great and free peanuts to eat and throw shells on floor. They sing Happy Birthday. Prices are reasonable for good steaks. The prime rib cannot compare to Outback, but still pretty good

We enjoy this restaurant. It's a shame that the carry out order was completely ignored when asking to remove standard items. I know substitutions are a pain when it's busy, but we didn't ask for substitutes. We just wanted an order without mushroom and tomatoes. Both orders came with and then when getting home realized that we were missing the salad dressing altogether. The only thing that came out correct were the kid's meals, which were simply chicken and fries. I'd love to give this restaurant a 5-star review, but if it's that busy, and orders are incorrect, then you either need additional staff or a change in operations of how things get done. Completely ignoring a ticket's every detail doesn't make for good staff.

Waited 40 mins for our food. 2 other tables were done eating by time we got our food. Manager was nice and started to stumble when I mentioned ticket time. My salmon was raw and veggies were rotten. Won't be back to this location again. Manager discounted due to long ticket time- but then received under cooked food and rotten veggies.. not very appealing. Server was great.. never could explain under cooked food.
