LongHorn Steakhouse

My first time at a Long Horn chain and I will be returning. Our waitress, Shannon was amazing. She was quick to get our drink order as well as the appetizer order. Brought drinks out directly and let us know exactly how long the appetizer had left until it came out. She was knowledgeable on recommending a good wine for me, Shannon was friendly, greeting smile. My boyfriend travels for work and he said she was the best server he had ever encountered. That experience alone is worth going, the food was a little on the saltier side but still delicious. I watched Shannon multiple task and serve three different tables at once, she said she had been at Long Horn for 10 years and says loves it there, it definitely shows! Absolutely amazing service, Thank You Shannon!

The moment my wife and I walked through the front door the staff welcomed us warmly. The booth we were seated at was clean. Our silverware was clean. Monica, our server, was very professional and she made sure we were taken care of. Our salads were nice and fresh; our meals were hot and very tasty. Compliments to the Chef.

I ordered the lava cake, however I didn’t see the chocolate lava inside. instead, there is just an ice cream on the top of the chocolate cake! therefore I gave a four star instead of five stars because I’m quite demanding when I went to a restaurant and try to comment in google map. But the chicken entrée is tasty and the services are good .

Recommend pre reservations prior to arrival. Very easy to check in on line via the app. Service was top notch, we were also at peak hour for dinner Service, 6pm on Saturday evening. We ordered onion appetizer and seafood corn chowder soup, both arrived piping hot from the kitchen. Our server, Hannah, was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. The remaining courses were also served piping hot from the kitchen. All employees were on their "A" game..after all, this was Mothers Day eve. Recommend this location highly.

The atmosphere is great and very clean. Food was tasty. Negatives were the hostesses and servers. We had a trainee, her trainer, and a third person dropping off food and drinks. Our toddler’s food was forgotten. Since our food came out in increments, we were expecting someone to bring it- all wait staff seemed to have disappeared. She sat without a meal for about five minutes. Next we had to ask for something for her to eat until her food came. Finally it came, they still charged for it.

Thank you, Longhorn... you made my day. My wife and I had an amazing lunch date at Longhorn recently. From the moment we stepped inside, we were welcomed and seated with professional courtesy. Our server/waitress, Samantha B, was AWESOME. She has been at Longhorn for 10+ years and knows her business. We both had a delicious side salad and the ribeye steak. Cooked to perfection and served promptly by the ever-attentive Samantha. Mid bite I thought, this can't get any better... then we had dessert. Wow! I can recommend this Longhorn location over many others. It was great and scored OFF THE CHARTS. Five stars aren't enough.

An excellent restaurant for a good steak. Servers are attentive and courteous. You're not going to walk out the door with an empty stomach. Yes, you're going to spend $50 for two people minimum, but it's delicious.Food: 5/5

Very busy when we came so had to wait for a table. The food was delicious ,the portion's were generous but it was all a little colder than I would have liked. The server was nice but extremely busy. Overall I would go back!Food: 4/5

Tonight was our first and last experience here. We went in and there was 3 other tables occupied when we ordered. I got a completely raw in the middle burger and when this was brought to waitress’ attention, she asked me “how I ordered it” I ordered it very slightly pink and it was completely raw in the middle! Also, the steakhouse Mac does not have BACON on it, it’s ham! Such a disappointment overall. Server was nice but for amount of people dining in, was not nearly as attentive as we’ve seen in other establishments.
