Longines Boutique

If you’re thinking about buying a Longines watch you HAVE to check this place out. Phenomenal customer service that’s befitting of the brand. Bought my first Longines here and really glad I got to do so at this boutique instead of a third party retailer. Worth the trip to downtown Manhattan!

Large store for NYC w/ a great selection of watches including the Heritage models. Staff is super-friendly and attentive. Overall, a pleasant experience and will be returning here if buying anything from Longines. Note that you may want to check the grey market pricing before making the purchase :

I called the store about getting a new band for my watch. Kathy asked me for the serial number to make sure they have it in store.
