I came in today to find a nice watch for a Christmas present and had the pleasure of working with Norberto. He is extremely knowledgeable about the brand/watches in general and took the time to walk me through all the details of what to look for without being pushy or trying to pick a watch for me. It was an extremely enjoyable experience and I came away feeling confident I would be able to ultimately make the right purchase. I found him to be so helpful I will be coming back in the store to buy the watch. This was the best retail experience I’ve had in a long time.

5 years ago my wife got Tissot watch a gift to my father. The watch broke week day could wouldn’t switch. I brought it to this place. Very professional staff and although thIs watch had not been purchased at this location they were very helpful. The watch was sent out for repair and end up being replaced at almost no cost to me. I’m very pleased.

Andrea Brown provided excellent service. I had the best customer service experience ever. From the phone to the location it was a pleasure, every step of the way. I inform her 4 to 5 times, that she was great at what she does. She is very smooth with it and I love my watch. She really took time out to engage and to get to know me as a customer. I’ll be back for the gold watch soon. Thank you Anastaiya as well. She was great and made sure the watch was sized, to my likings.

Bought my watch here over a year and a half ago. Very friendly and helpful. Had lost weight 40 pounds, so I needed to have a link removed. They accommodated me and cleaned my watch, too!

The service here is ridiculously bad. I bought a watch that broke in 2 weeks. It took them months to refund me and they never answered any of my calls. They would promise again and again to call back but they never did. Really pathetic product and people. Tissot is not a nice brand, it’s just expensive. Tissot sells watches to North Korea. I wonder if they screw them as badly on quality and service in Pyongyang.

I have been twice in this location. First time, I needed to maintain my watch: change a battery and fix a bracelet. The service was provided, I got my watch back and after a while it fell off my hand and broke in to pieces. The bracelet was broken in the same place where they were supposed to fix it. So, I had no choice but to go there again. Obviously, they've done something wrong because Tissot couldn't just brake in to pieces. The shop took my watch and sent it to repair facility. It took them 2 months to fix the problem Moreover, they charged me for it, for their mistake I had to pay them. If you need to buy a watch, take your business elsewhere. Save your time.

Even after asking few times to make sure I don't get the wall piece, they ended up packing a unit from the wall. It has 3/4 scratches that was discovered once unboxed. The salesperson was definitely incompetent.
