I haven't rode the Sunrail yet, but I really like the customer service here. They're so friendly and helpful!

I like the train but I can not depend on it. Right now there are three trains heading northbound and over an hour before a single southbound comes. Not to mention the train is closed on all holidays and the weekend. The times it's been available though I have had a very good experience

Always clean, sunrail is usually on time if not a few minutes early. Lady who helps and watches is nice making sure you know where you are going In need be. Really like it!
