Lotus Glass

Lotus is the only place that I have ever let do my glass repair. The owner had always taken care of me fast and efficient and I have never had a problem. Just had some insurance work done and OEM glass was approved and installed in a matter of hours. Thank you the only place I will continue to use for all my glass repairs.

This is a Korean owned business, the owners are absolute angels. I'm surprised at the negative reviews here. I've been a customer for about 3 years now. The Korean lady is so sweet, from offering Korean coffee while I wait for the work to be done to Korean cuisine recommendations. She works hard and the shop does good work. I've never had a problem everytime I've come here. I feel like the people writing negative reviews here aren't including the full story here. For as long as I've known her for her, she's always taken care of me, my family, and my friends that I refer to her and no name drops. This is not a shady shop nor do they pull shady business tactics like I've encountered from other glass shops What keeps me coming back here is the customer service. The Lady is a real bad a$$, y'all.

Super quick, efficient and great work for very reasonable price. So much better and faster than what the dealership quoted. I am very happy with the service I received after my driver’s side car window was busted into in the Caltrain lot. Definitely recommended!

Great service. I took my 1991 Toyota Pickup to get the windshield replaced. The lady in the front did not get her name made sure my windshield got the correct parts. It took about a hour and 15 minutes to get it done. Quick service. Thank you Lotus Glass.

Horrible customer service! We brought our camper truck here for glass replacement. First she told us we had to remove the glass our selves? Her employee was not around. We had to wait to schedule a time when he could remove it and brought the truck in and left it for her for a couple of days. She made the glass, supposedly but made it as a fixed solid window. This was a camper shell window that slid. It didn't match the other side. We told her that would not work, obviously and thought we had communicated effectively. Two weeks goes by, we are assuming she is remaking the glass, and I follow up again. She told me she had done nothing and wasn't going to. This was an insurance claim. So basically, I am back to square zero after trying to work with them over a period of months. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE! After reading the reviews, I guess I should be grateful they didn't do the repair work.

This was the day I made the mistake of leaving my purse in the car in the bank parking lot only for my car to be broken into!! Thank God for AAA and the referral to this shop...They were able to fix it immediately!! Best service ever!

Korean-run local business with good service and reasonable prices. I used Lotus Glass to install mirrors and a shower door for a remodel, and they did it at a reasonable price and did a great job. I drove to the store and talked to the owner in person. There is a friendly dog who stays at the shop which was dressed in a totoro outfit when we visited. The owner is very friendly, but busy. He gave us a fair price and came out personally to measure the areas for installation. He had no issues with taking his shoes off to protect our floors, and the guys who came out to install also laid down cloths and used the booties we provided. They were very professional and did not damage any part of the house which is brand new right now!. The job was done to our satisfaction, and I'd definitely use Lotus Glass again if it ever becomes necessary. Apparently they also do car windshields, but I have not used that service.

I really like this glass shop. I used to take them all of my personal and company vehicles for glass work. I also used Lotus Glass to replace some glass at my residence. Usually fast service.

Lotus Glass saved the day. My rear glass shattered the day before thanksgiving and nobody had the part/closed for holidays. I called Lotus and they told me to come right away and they took care of it within the promised time window. They cleaned up the glass as best as they could & were very kind to me. It’s been two weeks now and the glass has settled perfectly and it’s just like the original one we had.

Never trust them. We have a Grand Cherokee and had them fix our broken glass window. They cut the broken part and put out the used glass. Outside it looked like it was fixed. When we went to other automobile shop, the owner told us how they have destroyed our car on purpose for the conveinience changery the car glass. We complained and told us that "since its corona and pandemic" and this was it. They completely disregard without a single apology. I hope the owner please read this
