Always fast always low price. I’ve been here multiple time. This last time it was going to cost me over $1200. I can’t rennet her name, but she walked me through my insurance option and I only had to pay my $500. Deductible and I’m talking EVERY WINDOW was broke expect one. However this last time I went they did a poor job of vacuuming the broken glass. It’s all in the door and you can hear it when you roll the window up and down. It’s even scratched the glass. But since I went through my insurance lifetime warranty as long as I own the car. My insurance rates DID NOT GO UP EITHER. I would give 5 stars but the lack of attention to detail on this trip brought it down to 3.

They're great they got me in right away handled their business and called me to come pick up my car I couldn't be happier. And they beat everybody's price for windshield replacement. Coincidentally I need my windshield replaced on my new car do you guys have any discounts or coupons running like in Groupon or anything like that? I'm in dire straits and needing this done asap. Help....

I never knew a small chip in the windshield could turn into a massive crack due to the big swings in the weather. A lesson learned the hard way. Luckily for me, not a very expensive one thanks to Low Price Auto Glass. We were having some severe temperature swings a few weeks ago...hitting low 70's one day and high 30's the next morning... Needless to say a small chip on my Windshield turned into a crack, which proceeded to expand immensely within a week. I knew the entire Windshield needed to be replaced when one afternoon the crack expanded and covered more than half the area. I did a quick search and found several options. I picked Low Price Auto Glass because they quoted me the best price in the area and, the reviews were good. I called Low Price Auto Glass around noon to inquire if they were busy, and ended up going in around 2:00 PM. The shop was easy to find, the waiting room is small and minimalist, be warned there is no restroom here...so good luck if you need to relieve yourself. They were quick, efficient and replaced the Windshield within an hour. Work was a bit messy, as they left pieces of the dry glue or weatherstripping in the car...not a big deal...overall 3.5 ***

I paid 20000 for my car a rock hit my windshield so I take my car to this place because they said same day windshield replace now I have mold from there windshield job do not go to this place unless you want your car to be ruined. Water over night and when it rains goes inside my challenger through windshield job.

The back windshield of my car was smashed. I contacted my insurance company and they recommended Low Price Auto Glass in San Jose. They called me & said to come in anytime before 4pm & could fix my window on the same day. Everyone was friendly and professional. It took a little more than an hour. The cost was $233

I have replaced my fnd's mercedez passenger window at a low price. I was a little skeptical about the service but I got a very good service.

Was in and out. Called early to make sure they would have the right windshield for us. Came in around 4:30 and was out by 5. Four stars given because the receipt said we were paying $101 for 2.5hrs of labor.. but obviously didn't take that long AT ALL. The glass itself was $40 for a 97 Honda.

Good, fast and cheap. The rare trifecta where you get all three. Glass is good quality, same day replacement took a bit longer than estimated quoted at about an hour, took just over two, but still much better than the three weeks for an appointment the big chain wanted and much cheaper than other quotes.Service: Auto windshield replacement
