Supreme Detailworks

Back in 2021 I requested two quotes for full front PPF. One from Supreme Detailworks and another from a different local shop in SJ. I went with the cheaper quote and quickly learned that the lower price did not equal a quality product. I kept telling myself the PPF was doing it's job protecting the paint on my truck in hopes that I could overlook all the dust, creases, and poorly wrapped edges. I ultimately decided it needed to be redone and I spoke to James again. He spent a good hour on the phone with me and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I made an appointment and dropped my truck off a few weeks later. When I dropped my truck off, James took the time to go over all of the areas on the truck that I was currently unhappy with. He advised that no such issues would be present with his installation and promptly showed me a few client vehicles that he had just installed PPF on. Flawless!! I was confident that James would do a great job and decided to go full body PPF instead of full nose. I picked up my truck the following week and James walked around the truck with me to make sure I was happy with everything. Everything was perfect! I very much appreciated him taking the time to do this, my previous experience seemed as if they were trying to rush me out the door. James, his brother Wil, and all of the team at Supreme Detailworks are the type of people who care about your vehicle as much as you do. My confidence in them and their work means that I will always bring my vehicles back to them for PPF in the future. In fact, James recently did PPF on my girlfriends Honda Civic and we have an appointment to get the windows tinted as well. Supreme Detailworks FTW!!

I recently brought my car to Supreme Detailworks to fix some hard water damage all along the driver side of my car, which involved polishing and claybar treatment. I was very impressed with the entire experience from end to end. From transparent and very competitive pricing I researched multiple highly rated auto detailing locations to texting me "before" and "after" videos as the car was being detailed - which honestly was a pleasant surprise. If you're shopping around for PPF or ceramic coating, I highly suggest going with James, his brother, and their team at Supreme Detailworks. At the very very least, they should be on your shortlist of shops you speak with. I have been researching them for a while since I was seeking a PPF installer to redo the PPF from the previous owner and to protect my new Euro front bumper on my M3. Here are a few things that stood out to me: 1 - They come highly recommended. If you speak to anyone in the Bay Area about PPF installers, their name always comes up. This is especially true in the high end sports cars and super cars. 2 - The communication. From the first initial call, through the in-person consultation, and through delivery, they did a great job of making me aware of key milestones and prospective timelines. 3 - The quality of work. James and his brother are true artists when it comes to PPF and ceramic coating. The attention to detail is truly incredible. If you want anyone working on your high end sports car, it is someone who has this level of expertise and detail. They even organized my window towels, detailing towels, and spare towels in the trunk! 4 - They check all the boxes for quality installers. Wrapped edges, multiple options for PPF, quality removal and re-install of trim, emblems, and aero, quality paint correction, stand behind their results. It's all here. 5 - Just quality people. Everyone I spoke with or interacted with are just really good, down to earth people. James and I had some great conversations about local cars and body/performance shops we both know. Additionally, I think something you should keep in mind is that James and his brother stay busy. They are entrepreneurs and work harder than most high end shops I have visited. They are also in high demand because they are referred often. I highly suggest reaching out early and be patient on getting your consultation/estimate. Time invested in the beginning is well worth the end result. Once again, thoroughly impressed with James, his brother, and the entire team. Looking forward to working with them on my next car.

I brought my daily-driver white Shelby GT350 in for a Signature Detail a couple weeks ago. In the process of moving, I had to leave it outside for about a week, and it accumulated a thick layer of pollen/dust/rain deposits. Will and his team are awesome. I'm a home detailer, and know the ins and outs/do's and don'ts of car detailing, and these guys are utter experts. My Shelby could easily pass for brand new. The light swirling that showed in her paint before the appointment is completely gone. The interior is spotless - they even fully removed a tricky stain that I would've been happy with them leaving alone. I'm extremely impressed with how consistent the wax coverage is. I chatted with Will and his team throughout the process there's also a really nice waiting room nearby with coffee & a small restaurant and it's clear that he's a huge car guy. I got a few recommendations for fun roads to try in the area and feel like I made some new friends. I'll continue with Signature Detail appointments every ~8 months with some Deluxe Details thrown in for maintenance. Might even get my car wrapped here soon - they have an awesome selection of options & I saw firsthand the quality of their wrap handiwork. I won't take my Shelby elsewhere. Had 2 cars wrapped with full body ppf here recently; a BMW M2 Competition and Tesla MX, and couldn't have had a better experience. James and his team are OCD perfectionists. First of all, the ppf pricing and film options are very well presented in a comparison flyer. For the actual wrapping, they use custom bulk cuts and go completely around the edges. Because of that, they take the time to remove body panels, badges, etc. So make sure you're comfortable having someone partially taking your car apart. I can tell you my cars were put back together flawlessly, even the badges. And the end result is totally worth it. No visible seam lines anywhere. James pointed out several paint and fitment issues with the MX, and even a couple that I could barely see on the M2. He suggested taking the MX back to fix some of the defects, and gave several good tips on how to deal with their service dept. There was a particularly bad spot on the trunk of the MX where the paint was raised, and they had painted over some defect under the paint itself. He didn't want to wrap it because it wouldn't look good so after it was fixed I took it back and they finished the job. I watched them put the finishing touches on the M2 and they paid attention to every small detail, even wrapping the small bars on the side markers. Vehicles are cleaned prior to pick up. Not only do they do good work but they are awesome guys to work with and even just shoot the sh*t about cars. You can tell they all love what they do. They work on a lot of high end cars and I saw a new GT500 and RS8 along with several Porsches and a Ferrari at their shop. Prices were super reasonable considering the effort and quality of work. Don't hesitate to give these guys a call if you're looking for any detailing/wrap/ppf work on your car.

I brought my car in to Supreme to get wrapped by James and crew. I really appreciated their expertise and attention to detail - they take pride in every job they do and cut zero corners. Their service is not cheap, but if you care about your car, I recommend Supreme.

The best place for car wraps or getting your car detailed. I highly recommend the professional staff at this place. I came for a detail and was blown away how well it was done and Will is one of the nicest guys I've come across in a long time. If you're not using this place you're missing out.

I called in this week to make an appointment for a wash on my 2011 M3. Wil was able to get me in this morning at 10AM. They have a nice waiting area as well. They do a great job and its my first time going to a shop where they use a steam cleaner it worked out quite well. Also, they are very detail oriented. They gave me a great suggestion to take my car in to to get the clear coat resprayed since its peeling on a couple of wheels. Great chatting with fellow car enthusiasts too!

Their prices may be on the high side vs other's, but their quality of work speaks for itself. Took my wife Audi S5 for ceramic coating interior/exterior, window tinting. Very impressed with the outcome. Highly recommended!

James and his crew did an excellent job on the exterior paint protection film of my SUV. James was up front with the pricing and very reasonable, and the result is truly remarkable! I picked the film, xpell ultimate, because I preferred the ticker film. I received weekly updates with pictures, sometimes up to 3 times a week on where my car was at and what was being done with it. At the last stage of the job, however, James noticed little stripes on the film installed which was invisible during day time. He called me and explained that the film was defected and film company will deliver a new one. James and his crew did't try to do a quick patch job. They removed all the installed film and tried to do the clean work which I really appreciate. Even though it took longer than scheduled due to the re-doing the film, they made sure everything is perfectly done and satisfy with the result by checking under the sun and interior lights in detail. When i picked up the car, he inspected all the details with me and explained how to care of the car afterwards. Additionally, they scheduled a check-up in a month to make sure film stays tight. 5 stars is not enough for them. They did such top quality work. I would highly recommend them!!
