Go to Juan for the best shoe shine in San Jose, bay area,Nor Cal or the state. A professional that makes you feel as a special person and Customer. Great family man that I have been going to for 15 years.

I don’t usually write reviews unless something is really bad. We pay $79 monthly but the service is not satisfactory, workers are lazy except for only 2 guys who pay attention to covering the areas included in the service, rude management, inconsistent service and pricing for the same add ons, management seems to be focused on only making extra money by add ons but not interested in making the customer happy by getting the job done properly for what is already included in the monthly service, again the pricing for the add ons is inconsistent. I have stopped tipping now

Worst customer service that I’ve dealt with. Left my car @ 830 am for an interior and exterior detail. Picked it up at 12 and had to turn back around immediately when I noticed that there was a button inside missing and that there was minimal cleaning actually done. I waited an hour for people to “help” me and walk away. And when I asked for the manager I finally got someone to respond “oh, he’s gone for the day”. I was told to “come back tomorrow, to fix this” I spent $350 for a quality service that I did not receive at all. I was ignored and not helped and now I have a semi washed, button-less vehicle.

A bit on the expensive side but detailed hand washing and my go to place in the South Bay.

Good place to get gas and grab subways as they have one inside the store. The car wash isn't so great. Cheapest one is $30 and they do a mediocre job at best.

Great place, I had the monthly plan it is great value if you have a black car or if you always like to have a clean car. Unfortunately moved further away, otherwise I would still go there

Great place to get a car detail. They did a great job on my truck. Vacuum and detailed the inside, hand wash on the outside with tire dressing and vinyl shine all for $50! It's a steal.

Used hand washed VIP service. They do okayish washing and drying, lint stays on the car after drying. Interior vaccum and cleaning is below avg. VIP wash charge is 55$ and for the service received that is definitely not worth more than 30$.Services: Auto interior vacuuming
