Louis Vuitton New York Bloomingdale's Women's

I ordered the coin purse with Hot stamping at the store 2 weeks ago. I requested to be shipped it home. They didn't. I got there to pick it up today. When I saw the coin purse, they didn't do Hot stamping also. I requested a refund. They made me waste my time. I don't trust them anymore and go to buy anything. I was supposed to give them 0 stars.

Awful customer service. Attendant and I stress this with the most honesty was just not friendly hung up on me when I asked if they had the Lv moon square sunglasses. Not even knowledgeable enough to know the name of what they had so I told her one moment bc she asked me for the style number and I had to google it from the LV ONLINE WEBSITE. Just awful I was deterred from even wanting to go there after all.

A small poorly stocked LV location. Dour,unmotivated and sloth-like staff in need of much coffee. A most depressing and disheartening representation of the "dream" LV is selling. This review is for mens LV only, near 3rd Ave in store,not lady's LV store

The staff always makes you feel welcomed and are super friendly and helpful. Especially if you’re a regular. They aren’t as judgmental on how you look which is rare at Bloomingdale’s. Best part is that you get Loyallist points for every purchase here.
