People are returning their products after used for a while. No wonder there is so long line because many people are doing this. when I saw thissee picture I took in front of me, I don’t want to have this degraded brand with me, so I left.

some of the staff are really helpful but some are mean and giving me attitudes. i’ve been to many LV stores and this one i would typically avoid to visit due to the long wait line and some CAs. i would recommend checking out the Stanford LV store if you want someone really nice to help you out.

What you would expect. Fine products, high price, very limited number of people in the store. The sales person had extremely gay mannerisms. He completely ignored me and focused on my wife. I thought it was funny yet classic. Most of our time was spent with the check out procedure. Their POS, point of sales system needs a tune up.

Wait was extremely long..had to come back the 3rd time on a weekday but still 1hr wait... but overall service was great!!! Purchased 3 purses that day...so it was worth the wait.. :- happy camper..

Waited roughly 40mins before entering. They took great measures to make sure ppl entering were clean with a mandatory hand sanitizing station and designated spot to work with a rep. Our first time buying from the VF location.
