Great customer service, easily worked with insurance companies to be sure they would cover everything needed. And the work was stellar. I was rear ended in my new car and wanted the best team to work on it. I spoke with the dealer and the recommended Louisville Collision Center. I arrived and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff in their beautiful lobby. The damage was assessed and we scheduled my appointment to return and drop off the car. The drop off process was also quick and simple. They handled everything with the insurance company after I started the initial claim. I didn't have to do anything but wait on the car while they handled anything that came up. When I arrived to pick up the car it was all cleaned up and waiting for me at the front of the building. The process to pick up my car took less than 2 minutes and I was on my way. The quality of the work is on par with what was done at the factory. I had a couple small concerns but was able to work directly with the owner and resolve them very quickly. Overall 10/10 and if I need work in the future I will return.Services: Painting

I have used Louisville Collision Center twice now to repair my vehicle after someone else had hit me. Both times I got my car back the paint is so perfectly matched you can't tell that anything ever happened. As well they helped take care of the insurance company and offer advice on how to move forward. The guys that do the estimates are sometimes gruff, and the service can take a prolonged amount of time. But I still give 5 stars because the quality of work is worth it.Services: Painting

Had a fantastic experience here. Dealt with Ryan and he gave extremely reasonable expectations, great communication throughout the process, and had the car looking good as new in no time. They took care of everything directly with the insurance company and took that stress off of me. Would recommend to everyone!

They did really good work with my 2006 Subaru Legacy GT. Troy was always helpful and friendly. They were extremely helpful with handling the insurance claim. They painted and installed new front and rear bumpers. They had to trim the bumper to fit my exhaust and did a good job with it. It was also a pleasant surprise when the person that painted the car reached out and sent me some pics. I was really grateful for that. I highly recommend them.

Had some body work done for a dented side panel. However, there was a mix-up with the insurance company that resulted in the repair extending beyond the original quoted timeframe. It caused a bit of frustration since the repair went beyond the rental allotment from my insurance but Mr. Olson was very understanding about the situation. After a few emails he was able to resolve the problem satisfactorily and professionally. During the later part of the repair, I had to call a few times to check for an estimate for when the repair would be completed, mostly to calculate how much to budget for the rental car. Unfortunately, it did get pushed back a few times, probably due to how busy they are. I do wish I was given a latest possible time instead of earliest so it would be a pleasant surprise when the repair was completed faster instead being disappointed that it was delayed. With that said, the repair itself was superb and the craftsmanship was top notch. They even repaired a hood dent that was not originally quoted in the estimate. The staff at the Collision Center was also very courteous and helpful and they do value their customers' experience very highly. If it were not for the delay this would have been a dream experience. Even with that, they still did what they could to make things right and I do recommend checking them out if you need work done for your vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

I thoroughly enjoyed the what i expected to be a mentally painful process here! My car was hit for the first time ever - so i had no idea what to do/expect dealing with repairs and insurance. Louisville Collision answered every silly question i had, and made sure i understood what was going on through the whole thing. shout out to Troy! he kept me updated by voicemail because i’m terrible at answering the phone. they also communicated everything directly to the insurance company, i didn’t need to really do much at all, and they set me up with a rental car through their partnership with Enterprise extremely fast and easy. the women at the front desk were always pleasant as well, and made sure i was comfortable and hydrated. oh, and they WASHED MY CAR FOR ME/SHINED MY TIRES! hell yea 5 stars. very much appreciated! I am a repeat costumer of Louisville Collision Center. The first vehicle needed substantial body repair. I did not think it was possible for the car to be restored to its original condition. I was wrong. Louisville Collision Center did an remarkable job repairing the body of the car. I doubt I will need or use the life time warranty on their repairs. The second car was not so lucky, and could not be fixed. I walked in for an estimate. They were able to see me almost immediately. They walked me through the issues of the car and enable me to deal with the insurance company. Their customer service cannot be beat.Services: Painting

Very professional, outstanding craftsmanship. They put a metal roof over my, was finished underneath the roof to include 2 outlets for a tv and a ceiling fan. Completed the job quickly and did not damage my TREX deck or any of the surrounding area. Payed attention to details and ensured we were happy with all the work. Cleaned up the area and left it like it was when they arrived. We appreciate their work and highly recommend them to do any home improvement you may need. We are very happy and dry under our new roof now.
