Emma is amazing. Made the experience so customized and helped me get exactly what I didn’t even know I needed. She’s the best.

Jasella was absolutely amazing! The store was super busy, but she still took me through the entire store, provided in-depth descriptions about each legging, checked on me in the dressing room every few minutes, advised me different options based on my feedback, and brought me new styles and sizes. She is an all star employee!!!

I joined the running club initially because it looked like a good opportunity for my training plan. It looked good at first but then after a few months of being in the group. I started to phase out and limit my involvement. After declining to attend a weekly run that they asked she contacted my person phone to speak to me, I refused and she threatened me with some what of an attempt to bully me. I did not want to meet in person because I wanted everything to be documented, I never had that. Then other lululemon management called me to accuse me without proof that I asked for. I asked them to provide me with proof within 2 business days since it was assumed that they already had the proof since they reached out to accuse me. I stated that if they dont provide with with the proof. I consider that were defaming and harassing me. THEY NEVER RESPONDED BACK. see my email and texts exchange. I'll never involve myself with them in any capacity again. I would advise people to tread carefully. As for quality of the clothing, you're paying for garments that are made by people who get paid on average 500 usd a month. Think about that...also person I don't think their quality is that premium for their price point and cost to procure.

The ladies that were working in the store on Saturday, Jan 23 were the nicest people! One of my best retail experiences. They even referred me to a local lunch spot! I’m from out of town but they brought the southern hospitality right back to me. Keep doing you Lulu!

This lululemon location is a hidden gem! The assistant store manager, Christopher, was EXTREMELY welcoming and kind. He met all my needs and I found what I was looking for. The layout of the store is also unique and the cleanliness is impeccable. I would rate this the best lululemon location in the district based on the management as well as the area. I wish I could rate over 5 stars! Go give them a visit.

My girlfriend and I continuously go to lulu lemon so we know what to expect in terms of quality. While I've never had a bad experience at any lulu retail store, I did feel like the staff at the navy yard location was super helpful and made things personable in a good way. Emily took care of us and went above and beyond in making sure our visit was perfect. Thank you.

Such amazing helpful staff who are always happy to help! This is the least judgmental place, and they’re all so genuinely positive. I love the workout gear, but this store is so wonderful that it makes it more enjoyable than online shopping and believe me, that’s coming from someone who almost entirely shops online. What a great store experience here! New gear drops every Tuesday I think. Don’t forget they hem for free!
