Luster Salon

Sad and Disappointed. I have been going a couple years with a standing appointment. Sometimes I have not needed the service of hair color they have me scheduled with my cut. I have always asked stylist is it a problem if I do not get my color and she has agreed my color looked good no need. She has told me NO problem. Tuesday night I was embarrassed and blindsided. I had a hair cut and we BOTH decided my color was good for a few more weeks. I went to make appointment at the front and the receptionist informed me I had to make a deposit for my next appointment bc I have a history of cancellations. There is a two day policy for changes. I have never been informed about the policy and never thought I was canceling anything. Never even a warning. I always thought I had good customer service with the hair stylist. She was doing what was best for my hair. I have been accommodating plenty of times for her. Sad she thought different of me.

Very nice salon. I have always had a good experience at Luster Salon. You can book appointments online as well. Tori does my hair and she does a great job.

So happy I found this salon through Instagram. This was my first time here. Great experience, beautiful professional salon. I’ve become a stylist snob after so many bad hair experiences here in Clarksville at multiple different salons. It’s always nerve racking to sit in a new chair and hope they don’t ruin your hair and genuinely listen to you. My stylist was Chelsea, she was very patient and took her time to listen to all my concerns. She is very knowledgeable and gave me a beautiful updated fresh look with highlights and shadow root . She did not rush getting my hair done even though I have a lot of hair and required hours to color. Her level of quality professionalism and patience maintained throughout the entire 4 hour appointment . Definitely will be returning to this salon. I can finally say I have found my stylist and salon. I highly recommend Chelsea and Luster Salon!

I love this salon. They are very professional yet outgoing and accommodating. Tori does a wonderful job and she's a delight to talk with during the appointment. They are extremely knowledgeable and informative as well. They will be completely honest and give details about what they need to do to give you the best haircut/color. You won't be disappointed.

I visited Luster salon today and it was the most wonderful experience! Not only was my stylist so talented and courteous, she even took the time to teach me a way to do my hair! The environment was relaxing and incredibly clean; the workers were friendly and offered a free drink to me and my fiancé. There are so many good things to say about the visit. When I signed up for the appointment, they called just to make sure that they had plenty of time to ensure that I get the best cut. Amber saved my hair and now my hair feels and looks amazing! I couldn't be happier and will definitely recommend this salon to anyone.
