I've been getting my hair done by Katrina for years and LOVE it every time. The atmosphere is amazing. Very clean. Great staff. I recommend Elan to all of my friends.

Problem was fixed. Elan was nice about it. Manager who was receiving messages could have called me back, as I left several. Would recommend.

Came here 3 years ago for highlights and a haircut. Color & cut was good, but decided to try out other salons around town. Now I am receiving phone calls about upcoming appointments that I didn’t make. Told them there must have been an error because I haven’t been there in 3 years and I’m out of town for the holidays but I am still receiving phone calls. This has been very inconvenient and annoying, plus I’m now concerned about my personal information not being secure with them.

Such an amazing experience. Was super nervous about cutting my long hair into a pixie cut. I showed up with a friend and the atmosphere from as soon as we walked into the door was open, relaxed, and very friendly while still maintaining a professional look. Haley did such an awesome job calming my nerves and she was able to capture exactly what I wanted to do with my hair. It was such a drastic change but I've never been happier with any haircut I've gotten thus far. It was my first visit and you can bet this will become my main salon I come to.
