UPDATE, Sept. 9, 2017: It seems they've got new staff, and I'm really impressed! I decided to go ahead and let them do my daughter's hair, and so far it's going really well. I hope they keep up the good work and that the reviews will get better. Brittany and team, ya'll are doing great! Two months ago: Just dropped in and there was no one waiting. The stylest said she didn't feel well, she was wearing a smock and literally ripping through her wet, knappy hair with a brush and then pulling the hair out of the brush and rolling it in little balls. Gross! There was no way I was going to let her touch my daughter's hair. I said we could come back Thursday, could we make an appointment. She said, "yeah, I guess, my colleague will be here." I told her I'd just drop by then and see if there was an opening. I probably won't, though, because this was extremely unprofessional behavior, and there are lots of other hair studios out there.

Had an appointment, made me wait for 40 minutes, to tell me that there was a mistake and that they can't help it! Don't bother coming.
