Luxury Nail Salon

After making an appointment on the phone and being promised those services (pedicure and full set with gel). I got to the salon and they were only able to fulfill the pedicure. Telling me that the person who could do the full set wasn't in the salon anymore. I was then promised that I could come back and get my full set for free, then when I went to schedule that appointment they would not honor what the owner had told me. The owner than argued with me on the phone about it and was very rude about how I was wasting her time. I had been going here for about 9 months and now won't be going back. Only certain staff are good at Gel nails, others your nails are peeling within a couple days.

Kimberly was very good and nice to talk with. After we were all done I notice I really needed one more coat. So she was very nice and added another coat for me.. It's nice to know they will take their time with each person..Thanks Kimberly see you in two weeks!

The lady who did my nails was rude and really rough. She did not do my nails how I wanted them and they look terrible I don’t even want to go to work because they look so bad. The shape is off the color is off and they are not the same. Plus I also heard the other workers trying to charge a lady 10.00 for a hand massage she did not ask for. This place is trying to rip people off. And I was even going to bring three of my friends to get our nails done but not any longer. We will be going somewhere else with our money.

One of the BEST place i’ve been. I love how the staff here very nice and their product so wonderful especially the shellac supply, they are amazing last very long for me. I love how friendly Kim was giving to all her customers make me feel very welcome when I came all the time. Highly recommended for all lovely ladies outthere come and enjoy ur time here.
