My daughter and I went here to do a mother/daughter nail day every other week. The last time we were on time, and I sat for 40 minutes waiting to start when we had made reservations. People were curt and not very polite at times. We didn't get to sit together. My nail broke off the first day last time, and I didn't do anything to physical, I opened the shower. The last lady put so much chemical on my nails that it stung throughout the procedure. I want to keep my nails, just probably won't be going back here again.

Great experience! Went with the women in my family. We had a reservation and everything went really well, really quick, and very smooth. Great job, especially by the men that work there, surprisingly. They were also fun to talk to. They all did an amazing job. Loved the treatment we got and the wax that sealed in the gel polish put on our hands and feet was a neat experience. By the time we left, it was packed, so I recommend a reservation.

It's a good place to get your nails done.. but sometimes if they are in a rush, they will just finish off real quick to get you out of there.. your nails still look perfect as they are really good even when they are super fast.. but I like the massage part to stay a little longer..

Went with my friend who brought her 7 week old puppy with her since he couldn't be left alone, and they were more than accommodating. Not only was her nail tech patient with her and her puppy, she often paused to make sure her and her puppy were okay. My own nail tech, Chow, did great! Step-by-step she made sure I was happy with the shape of my nail, the length of my cuticle, and the smoothness of my gel manicure. I've found my new spot! My friend and I were very happy with the results and are looking forward to going back!

I went in to get a full set of nails done. I ask for solar nails. The technician asked me what length I wanted. I told her I wanted medium length. She proceeded to put the gel on and just before I was ready to wash my hands, she told me the cost of solar would be $5 more than that was originally quoted because my nails were longer. I didn't go for long nails. I went from medium length. I will never be going back to this place. My nails are bumpy, crooked, and just don't look right. Her tip went towards the cost of the additional length in my nails.
