T T Nails

This place is so hit and miss! I ask for the same person every time and after walking in the door and them telling me it would be a 20 minute wait for her they still had someone else do my nails after I waited more than 20 minutes. I use to drive out of my way to go here because my gel manicure would last 2+ weeks. The last few times I have went they are so busy that they do the manicure as fast as possible to get me out of there! My cuticles don’t get the attention they need and my gel polish is coming off within a week. I have had that happen 3 times in a row now. It’s not worth the risk so I will now be looking for a new place to get manicures.

They are incredibly slow. Last time I went, the woman who was giving me a pedicure kept leaving to do other things, so my overall visit was 2 hours. For a basic pedicure. The prices are fair, so I've kept coming, but they often forget the top coat or tell you "it'll just be a moment" and you end up waiting for like 45 minutes. I've given this place several tries, but I think it's time for me to go elsewhere.

I have been coming to this salon for years but today will be the last time. The quality of service has decline significantly. The older woman working on my feet (got her the last 2 times) can not do detailed work. My skin is being filed more than my actual nails. The wait times are long and I will need the woman who paints my nails to touch up my filing and reshape my toe nails. I’m sad to say goodbye it’s not worth the gamble of getting a bad technician.

Horrible service. Waited for half hour to be seated for a pedicure and once I was seated at the pedicure chair, I waited another 45 mins before someone began my pedicure. They attended two other people who were walks and came in after me, before me. By the time someone began working on my pedi, the water was already cold and I was not able to relax or enjoy it. My toenails were cut too short and the design i wanted was not done. When I paid the owner had the nerve to call me out for not leaving a tip.!!! Worst place ever, I decided to give them a second chance and disappointed even more so than the last time. Will NEVER go back there.!

I waited forever, people that they knew went ahead of us. When we did finally get seated. we waited some more. When i told her what i wanted she gave me the wrong prices, and wanted to take advantage of me and pay more. I didn't stay. And on my way out . the man said. " no no you go sit" All they do is try to up sale, and dont care about customs wishes.
