Lived here for almost 3 years. Pros: location, neighborhood, Trader Joe’s, front desk staff. Cons: no dog facilities or amenities, hazardous parking lot, steep price for value, tiny gym, can be noisy from bars below.
We like the gym. Then, the direct route to Trader Joe's is pretty convenient.
I have lived here for 12 months and love the apartment! Top of the line appliances, excellent security, and 24 hour concierge. Management is quick to react if an issue comes up and strives to ensure that it is rectified.
Great place to live. Reasonable rent. Less than a block from the Metro. Trader Joe’s downstairs and Whole Foods is close. Building Management and leasing staff always provided exceptional customer service.
