Zoso Flats

Great location and well-managed building. Not cheap but you get what you pay for after all. The staff is pleasant and responsive. Would prefer they convert to a non-smoking building.

I've had so many problems here. Within the last three months alone, I've had mold, a broken air conditioner, interior flooding, ongoing water seepage from outdoors, etc. One employee who is no longer with the company failed to lock my front door after working on my apartment on more than one occasion.
