Very good Customer Service they are friendly and always ready to help you and answer any questions you may have. M&M is the best place to shop for hair products. The store is pretty big so I'm sure whatever your needs are they got!

I really wish I didn’t have to give any stars! I can’t believe how bad I was treated! I walked into the store and one guy(cashier) or owner not sure who he was but he was on the phone when I walked in, he did not acknowledge me at all. I proceeded to walk to the back of the store a little confused on where things were, I happened to pass by an older guy also on the phone, he also ignored me! When I realized that I really wasn’t going to get any help! I yelled hello, when the older guy came to me he pointed out a sign that said self serve, I didn’t notice the sign at first so that was my fault although I didn’t want to go behind their counters! He said as he walked away I need to read! I had no time to go anywhere else so I got my items and took them to the front and the young guy was still on the phone laughing and not trying to help me at all! I feel so bad for spending my money in there! I was treated really bad and I’ll never spend my money there again! Wow I really allowed someone to treat me like that! I never write reviews but this place treated me so bad I had to write one.

SIMPLY PUT...HORRIBLE NASTY RACIST EVIL STAFF...WITH CERTAIN CUSTOMERS. MY ADVICE...LEARN THE WORDS HELLO AND THANK YOU. CUSTOMERS HONESTLY DON'T HAVE TO TOLERATE ARROGANT/SUPERIOR ATTITUDES LIKE YOUR STAFF AND OWNERS PRESENT HERE SIMPLY TO FEEL BETTER ABOUT THEMESELVES. PEACE😛
