Awful service. Management is far from professional. Still cannot get over how this manager was acting to one of her employees,who I think was pregnant at the time a couple years ago, just belittling her in the middle of the store. I Still stop in time to time hoping to see if that employee still works there since she was the only one who knew what she was talking about and actually seemed to enjoy helping me. I wish I knew her name to give her some credit. But besides that like I said I still go in time to time and that store is an absolute joke but have to just suck it up since it’s the closest Sallys to me. I highly recommended going to another beauty salon if you are uneducated with anything hair becuz you will not get the help you need

I was disappointed. The staff was worried more about getting their music to play instead of assisting customers. They didn't know how to use the registers. They weren't knowledgeable of th ed or products.
