DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS HERE!! THEY WILL NOT LET U TAKE THEM BACK! AN EMPLOYEE OF SALLYS TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT TO USE WHICH TURNED MY ROOTS BRIGHT ORANGE AND THEY WOULD NOT LET ME TAKE THESE PRODUCTS BACK.. I HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TELL THEM WHAT HAD HAPPENED SO THEY WOULD REFUND ME FOR THE PRODUCTS THAT TURNED MY HAIR ORANGE.

I LOVE this store! Staff was friendly and extremely helpful! I had no problems making a return on a purchase. And the prices are awesome! This is my new go to beauty store.

great store love the staff. Love going shopping their for natural hair care products cause they have alot BUT i might have to stop because they are a bit over priced could you guys lower the prices.
