I really like the pool, the different tanning beds, the sauna, steam room and special toning machines. Too cool! I felt right a home and enjoyed my workout for the first time with.

I have been going there since 1992, so obviously I love it. I'm very sad, it's not open now because of this virus. It's very clean the people that works, there are dynamite, I love the classes, and the steam and sauna and pool.

This place is ideal for any woman that wants to make the choice of being more healthy. It's not a pick up spot like at most coed gyms and you feel free to work out in your own comfortable zone. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Also there's a daycare for the kids.
