It's never boring on the treadmills here. The coaches are awesome and motivating.
Amazing place to train. Works for anyone, goals range from first 5k to ultras. I train here 3 times a week and I love it, switched over from crossfit. I liked crossfit but this is much better for runners, and they offer full body grinder classes as well.
Very attentive trainers that modify workouts for you on the fly even with a group.
They always have great workouts!
